HRDC organizes a series of Induction Training Programme for the newly recruited Asst Prof (Teacher Education) during 2022-23.
These programmes are sponsored by the Dept of Higher Education, Govt of Odisha. Each programme is of 5 day duration and sensitise the newly recruited Asst Professors on their roles and responsibilities and tasks to be performed by them.
So far we have conducted two programmes and the third programme started on 26th-July-2022.
